General terms and conditions The following General Terms and Conditions shall be applicable to all agreements you enter into with Ski-WebShop. By placing an order you accept these terms and conditions. Ordering and entering into an agreement Offers and prices - Ski-WebShop shall quote prices in full in pounds Sterling - Ski-WebShop shall not accept responsibility for print errors or changes in prices. When a price quoted is sufficiently and obviously innacurate and a customer can reasonably appreciate the price quoted is a mistake, Ski-WebShop retains the right to refuse the order. - Special offers are valid as long as stocks last. Payment and delivery within the UK
- Payments can be made by any of the following methods: · bank transfer · Cash on collection - Cheques, made payable to Xalpine Ltd · credit and debit cards (excepting Amex) - PayPal - Orders shall be shipped after full payment has been received. - Advanced Orders must be paid within 10 days. When an order has not been paid within 10 days it is automatically cancelled. - Ski-WebShop will always perform a name and address check when payments are made by one-off authorization for payment

Delivery within the - Ski-WebShop shall send your order by recorded delivery. - Packages will be delivered to your home or designated address, and if you are unable to receive it, it will be delivered a second time. If after that you are still unable to receive the package, after which it will be returned to Ski-WebShop. We reserve the right to charge for additional shipping in theses cases . - Ski-WebShop will do its best to make the delivery within the indicated time of 7 working days. - Should for any reason an item be no longer available, you will be duly notified. In this case you have the right to cancel the order without incurring any expenses. Transferred payments for this order shall be returned. - Ski-WebShop is not responsible for any damage you might suffer when a delivery is not made at the address indicated by you. Delivery outside the - Ski-WebShop shall send your order by recorded delivery. - Ski-WebShop attempts to have orders delivered as soon as possible upon receipt of payment, however we cannot guarantee delivery times outside the - Should for any reason an item be no longer available you will be duly notified. In this case you have the right to cancel the order without incurring costs. Transferred payments for this order will be returned. - Ski-WebShop is not responsible for damages when a delivery is not made to the address indicated by you. Shipping costs - One-off shipping costs are charged per order, regardless of the number of items. - When returning an order, shipping costs are at the Customer’s expense. - When replacing an order, the shipping costs are also at the expense of the customer. In the event of replaceing a faulty item, the one-off shipping charge from Ski-Webshop to the customer shall be once at the expense of Ski-WebShop. - Shipment costs:
Cancellation of order Exchange and return Upon delivery of your order you shall have seven working days to replace or return the items. After this period the sale cannot be reversed and becomes definitive. - You can only replace or return items that have been bought from Ski-WebShop. The items have to be sent undamaged, unused, with attached tags and packed in suitable packaging - The return-coupon needs to be filled in completely and sent with the item. - Cost and 'risk' of returning goods is the responsibility of the customer. Return items to be sent by recorded delivery with adequate insurance for damage or loss during transit. Always keep proof of posting until the issue has been resolved and you have received your refund or exchange. - If you would like an item exchanged, the Ski-WebShop will cover the cost of posting back to the Customer the returned item, but for the 'first' exchange only. - When returning goods (ie: cancelling the purchase of one or more items) the amount due for refunding (excl. where appropriate the shipping costs) shall be refunded to you within 15 days upon receipt of the returned item. - In the case of receipt of damaged goods or complaints you should first contact our Service-line by phone. The Service-line can be reached during office hours at telephone via 0121 288 3335 or via e-mail: info@ski-webshop.co.uk - Packages sent to Ski-WebShop without postage or with insufficient postage shall not be accepted, regardless of the reason for returning. Warranty and liability - Ski-WebShop guarantees that all items offered comply with fitness for purpose regulations. - Warranty period of articles sold via the internet shall be equal to the factory warranty. - Warranty given by the Ski-WebShop shall be limited to free of charge repair or replacement and/or the replacement of defect parts, according to the norms set by the manufacturer. Warranty shall only be provided in case of appropriate usage of the item in accordance with its purpose. - The warranty is null and void when any defect or damage has occurred as a result of a lack of maintenance or when the wear and tear can be considered normal. - The warranty shall not cover cases of inappropriate usage or usage other than the item's intended use, or damages resulting from intentional harm or negligence. - If you wish to return a item on the warranty, than you must do one of the following: · hand in the item at one of our locations · send the item to our postal address - If the delivered product does not conform with the agreement and this non-conformity - complies a breach of manufacturer's product liability, the Ski-WebShop shall not be liable for any resulting damages. - this does not affect your Statutory rights - When the producer of a defective item is responsible for damage resulting from the defective item, the responsibility of the Ski-WebShop will be limited to repair or replacement of the item, or if not possible the refund of the purchase price. - Ski-WebShop is not responsible for damage resulting from intentional misuse and/or abusive handling, or usage of the item unfit for its purpose. In some case, including targeted marketing activities by Ski-Shop, claims of debts, fighting fraud and fulfillment of our legal obligations. Ski-WebShop under no circumstances provides any data to third parties which would compromise your privacy.
